Reservation Payments:
Half of the gross rental amount plus fees are due when the reservation is booked, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by check or money order.

Cancellations and Change Reservation Policies:
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a full refund, less 25% of the gross rental paid to date, and non-refundable fees, if we can re-rent the same property for the same period. If we cannot re-rent the same property for the same time period, the full amount pre-paid must be forfeited. Please note that if a reservation is changed, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the same terms will apply.

Linen Rentals:
We offer linen service at an additional charge. Feel free to bring your own linens or rent them from us. The choice is yours. If you would like us to provide them, the fee is $15.00 per person. This includes bed linens and bath towels. Please advise us in advance if you would like us to provide this service.

Cleaning:
Guests are responsible for basic cleaning, or we can provide this service for $115.00. We cover any minor accidental damage that might occur during your stay. Guests, however, are responsible for any major or intentional damage.

Pets:
We are happy to say that the Inverary is pet friendly: Pets are limited to two domestic, house broken animals. There is a non-refundable pet fee that will appear on your rental agreement ($50.00 per pet).

Occupancy Limits:
The MAXIMUM number of allowable occupants is eight. Please do not bring any campers, tents or motor homes. If you exceed the stated occupancy limit at any time during your stay, unfortunately, we will have to ask you to leave. In a similar fashion, large parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside The Inverary.

Check-In/Out:
Sundays: Check-In time is 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
